These terms are awaiting counsel. They will cover use of this website, and separately the terms on which access to Quorum and Compass is licensed, including ownership of a simulation and its evidence base, export and continuity of the audit record, permitted use, liability, and the governing law.

One position stated elsewhere on this site belongs here: a simulation, its evidence base and its audit trail are yours, and they are delivered as durable artefacts you hold independently of any Serinyx system.
