High-stakes decisions.The confidence to commit.
Serinyx builds the evidence layer under decisions that carry real consequence. Quorum is the advisory platform for a single high-stakes decision, where competing options are tested against the same evidence before you commit. Compass keeps the standing picture of your field, and of what your own organisation already holds, current.
A recommendation, with its basis
Not a summary. The call, and every step that produced it.
Every claim, separately graded
Verified through to not established. Stated per claim.
The perspectives that disagreed
Preserved and ruled on, with the reasoning attributed.
What could not be established
A required section, never a footnote.
Move manufacturing to a single lower-cost site and close the second plant.
The saving is real, but every product line now depends on one site.
MaterialYour three largest customers, none of whom were told capacity was consolidating.
MaterialOne extended shutdown, or a labour dispute at the remaining site.
Two conditionsStill the lower-cost structure, provided demand stays inside one site’s ceiling.
ClearWe produce the decision, and every perspective that could have changed it.
Serinyx is a verified-intelligence company that produces advice for decisions that are expensive to get wrong. What makes it different is how that advice is arrived at: the decision is put through a system of independent perspectives, and only what survives all of them reaches you.
We call this decision simulation. A consequential decision is rarely wrong because a fact was wrong. It is wrong because it was only ever examined from the angle of the people who wanted it to work. So the same decision is run through the lenses that would break it: what this sets in motion, who carries the risk, what would have to go wrong, and how it looks in five years rather than now. Where those lenses diverge is usually the finding.
Two platforms do it. Quorum, for the single decision your board and investors need to see the full basis for. Compass, for the standing view of your field and of what your organisation already holds. Neither requires the other.
Any AI will give you an answer now. Almost none of it can carry weight.
Four reasons a standard AI answer cannot carry a consequential decision.
These are failures of method, not of technology. A better model does not fix any of them. The full argument is on Why Serinyx.
The question moves.
Most research tools settle what they were asked while they are answering it. The output is always coherent with itself, which means nothing in it distinguishes a finding from a rationalisation.
A citation is not a verification.
A link beside a sentence establishes that a source exists. It does not establish that the source supports the claim, and it does not establish that two sources are independent of one another.
Absence is invisible.
What the search failed to find, what could not be corroborated, and what was discarded never appear in the output. You cannot audit what you were never shown.
Nothing is accountable.
There is no durable record of what was asked, who approved what, and on whose evidence.
The difference is not the decision. It is what stands behind it.
The customer contract permits this transfer
Evidence attachingEvery material claim is checked on its own and carries its own grade: verified, corroborated, single source, announced only, or not established. Stated per claim, never averaged into one confidence figure for the whole document.
That is what makes the advice usable. You can see which parts of it will hold when someone pushes back, and which parts were never solid to begin with.
Two products. Each stands alone.

Built for decisions that are expensive to get wrong.
Serinyx is for the decisions you cannot easily undo: the ones where the money is committed, the reasoning has to hold up to people who were not in the room, and being confidently wrong is the expensive outcome. Those decisions exist in every industry:
Your industry is not on this list? What matters is the decision, not the sector.
See the markets in detailThis is what you can hold us to.
Not a claim about outcomes. A description of the discipline every decision simulation runs under.
The brief is fixed before evidence is gathered, and every revision leaves a permanent record with a stated reason.
A brief that cannot fail is refused rather than run.
The perspectives that gather evidence are not the ones that grade it.
What could not be established is reported as a required section, not as a caveat.
Every step, source, revision and approval is recorded and recoverable.

Bring us your most demanding decision analysis.
The one with several credible paths, competing options that have to be weighed on the same evidence, and a conclusion you can put your name to. We will tell you plainly whether Quorum is the right instrument for it, including when it is not.
