We produce the decision, and every perspective that could have changed it.
The argument we started from.
Organisations now have no shortage of answers a standard AI can give them. What they lack is a reason to trust any particular one. That gap is not a capability problem and it will not be closed by a better model. It is a problem of method, of governance, and of what gets recorded. Nor is it closed by checking someone else’s answer after the fact.
So we built the thing that produces the answer in the first place. Quorum and Compass treat AI systems as independent analysts rather than an oracle: the same decision examined from many vantages at once, which is what we mean by decision simulation. The brief is framed and challenged before work starts. Evidence is gathered in parallel by a deliberately diversified system, then synthesised, fact-checked, argued against, and ruled on by a single accountable reviewer inside your own organisation. Every material claim carries a source and a confidence grade. What could not be established is reported.
The output is not a plausible answer. It is a decision-grade one, with a full audit trail behind it.
Three positions.
Evidence over eloquence.
A well-written answer is not a well-supported one, and the two are increasingly hard to tell apart. Every claim we publish carries the route to check it.
Disagreement is information.
Where independent perspectives conflict, the conflict is usually the most valuable thing in the analysis. We surface it and rule on it. We never average it away.
Say what you could not establish.
“We could not establish this” is a result. Treating it as a gap to be filled with plausible language is how confident, well-sourced, wrong answers get made.

We do not name clients on this site. The nature of the work makes that inappropriate, because the decisions brought to us are rarely ones anyone wants attributed.
