Privacy notice

This notice is awaiting counsel. It will set out what personal data Serinyx GmbH processes, on what legal basis, for how long it is retained, who it is shared with, where it is held, and how a data subject exercises their rights.

One position already stated elsewhere on this site belongs here and will be carried across verbatim: client material is isolated per organisation and is not used to train models. The GDPR position, that its principles are designed into the system rather than certified by a third party, is stated here for the first time and needs counsel's wording before it stands.

Legal text is not drafted by the site builder. Serinyx supplies it before launch.
