Privacy notice
This notice is awaiting counsel. It will set out what personal data Serinyx GmbH processes, on what legal basis, for how long it is retained, who it is shared with, where it is held, and how a data subject exercises their rights.
One position already stated elsewhere on this site belongs here and will be carried across verbatim: client material is isolated per organisation and is not used to train models. The GDPR position, that its principles are designed into the system rather than certified by a third party, is stated here for the first time and needs counsel's wording before it stands.
Two forms on this site accept a submission: the contact form, and the form that requests access to a study. Between them they ask for a name, an email address, an organisation, a role, which platform is of interest, how the reader came to us, and a free-text description of the matter. Only the name, the email address, the organisation and the matter are required. Whatever is typed into the matter field is transmitted, so a reader who does not wish to describe a confidential matter in a web form should write to us directly instead.
Submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms, a third-party form relay, which sends them on to a Serinyx mailbox. Serinyx does not operate that relay, and the submission passes through it rather than being stored on this website. This site has no database and writes nothing to one. Our mail is hosted on Microsoft 365, so an enquiry rests there once it arrives.
The site sets no cookie, runs no analytics, and loads no script, font or image from any third party. There is nothing on this site that tracks a reader between pages or between visits. The web server keeps ordinary access logs, which record an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser's own description of itself.
The legal basis for each of these, the retention period for each, the processor arrangements behind the relay and the mailbox, and how a reader exercises their rights are for counsel to state, and are among the items this notice is waiting on.
